we run a pig breeding herd producing pigs free of growth hormones and
antibiotics.
Our
Aberdeen Angus
beef is hung the traditional way for flavour
and mouth-watering tenderness.
We
have full traceability of our stock as all the meat is produced by ourselves.
None
of the animals are fed antibiotics or growth hormones and they are all kept in
open yards with
plenty of straw and when weather permits the beef herd is kept out on the
fields.
Due
to the changing face of farming we have been thinking of ways to diversify and
after much thought we have decided to sell our own pork and beef direct from the
farm to you.
